"It takes discipline for me to stop worrying in general. It has been in my nature always. I'm as driven, or more, but about more specific things and appreciating the balance between the time for work and the time for yourself. You have to live."
Penélope Cruz was stunning, but perhaps a little safer than normal in a pale silk chiffon column dress, courtesy of Armani Prive. Still she looks gorgeous! Check out tons of pictures below.
Whilse on the subject, like mentioned yesterday Penélope didn’t win for supporting actress, but all was not lost for Vicky Cristina Barcelona. In a surprise win, it won for best motion picture musical or comedy! In the other categories, Javier Bardem lost to Colin Farrell and Sally Hawkins won over Rebecca Hall.
Penélope Cruz was a vision in a long navy blue gown on Thursday at the 14th Annual Critics’ Choice Awards. Her dress features a feminine sweetheart neckline and ribbon detail at the waist gives it an interesting twist. She tops it all off with a black clutch and simple jewels.
Miss Cruz unfortunately did win not for Vicky Cristina Barcelona in the Supporting Actress category, that went to the lovely Kate Winslet for The Reader instead. Still Penélope was the apitamy of elegance and glamour at the event.
Walt Disney Pictures has revealed the new teaser trailer for the Jerry Bruckheimer-produced 3D adventure comedy G-Force on the company’s official website.
Opening July 24, 2009, G-Force is about the latest evolution of a covert government program to train animals to work in espionage. Armed with the latest high-tech spy equipment, these highly trained guinea pigs discover that the fate of the world is in their paws. Tapped for the G-Force are guinea pigs Darwin (voice of Sam Rockwell), the squad leader determined to succeed at all costs; Blaster (voice of Tracy Morgan), an outrageous weapons expert with tons of attitude and a love for all things extreme; and Juarez (voice of Penelope Cruz), a sexy martial arts pro; plus the literal fly-on-the-wall reconnaissance expert, Mooch, and a star-nosed mole, Speckles (voice of Nicolas Cage), the computer and information specialist.
Fitting in a little promotional work in between filming, Penelope Cruz attended a special hosted screening of Vicky Christina Barcelona held at the Mayfair Hotel in London, England on Wednesday evening (December 17).
Accompanied by co-star Rebecca Hall, the duo posed for pictures before making their way into the theater for the showing of the Woody Allen directed drama.
